I love the strong beaded shoulders -for some reason I think Bianca Jagger every time I look at this and imagine some fabulous girl pairing a beaded cloche or turban with this gown

Fabric covered buttons close it at the neck and low on the chest but it is cut so you see a thin expanse of skin below to the waist and above tot he neck

The print is a pretty small floral that covers the chiffon top to bottom. The main body of the dress is a long slim sheath with a pretty black lace hem.
