Tunic Top - Party Time (S) skirt teamed with a black FrenchThis is a loose fitting tunic style top. The top has a smaller v neck opening with loose ties sewn around the neck to the v neck opening. They can be worn loose or lightly tied. It is a raglan sleeve with elastic in the hem for a gathered sleeve. The fabric is a cotton linen base and a beautiful design by Lillian Farag called Party Time.
