4th Grade Fitness and Health Learning Format:Teacher Supported Reading strategies and guided instruction4th Grade Fitness and Health helps students engage in physical activity while developing the knowledge and skills needed to explore what it means to live a healthy life. Students learn about the benefits of regular physical activity and the importance of physical fitness. Each day, students participate in 30 minutes of physical activity, practicing new fitness skills weekly to improve flexibility, coordination, strength, and aerobic endurance.
