Dorstone Country_France 100% Pinot TraditionDorstone is a delicate goat's milk cheese made by Neals Yard Creamery. It has an ashed rind, and smooth white paste inside with a lemony, zesty flavour. Dorstone takes its name from the hill the Neals Yard Creamery proudly sits upon. Neals Yard Creamery is headed up by Charlie Westhead, producing goats cheeses, cows milk cheese, Greek style yoghurts and crme frache. He works exclusively with local farms to source goat and cow milk. A lovely addition
