It has a fresh, vibrant bouquet of mainly black fruit infused with black pepper, truffle and sous bois and gaining in intensity with every swirl of the glass. The palate is medium bodied with supple tannins and very well balanced, displaying real finesse and touches of sage and cumin toward a complex finish that in my opinion is enhanced by the stems
