Chona's Marani Chinuri Rkatsiteli Cesanese (di Affile Magico is Fabio Ferracane's pureAn amber qvevri wine from Chona's Marani in Telavi, made from Rkatsiteli one of Georgia's most important and ancient white varieties grown on the family's organically farmed Tsinandali vineyard. Fermented on skins in clay qvevri buried in the ground, the wine develops a rich, structured character with notes of dried apricot, thyme and a hint of sour apple. Bottled with minimal sulphites (under 35 mg L), in the traditional Kakhetian style that has made
