This piece was made between 1896 to 1908. This is a very fine quality piece and it is a good weight for its size. The whole top and bottom are hand decorated with intricate niello enamel and hand engraved designs. The empty cartouches have never been monogrammed. The inside of the case has a deep gold wash.
