Azal is a rare white grape varietal known for it's bright acidity, citrus fruit flavor, and botanical after glow. On the palate, it's is comparable to Chenin and Petit Monseng but with delicate and fizzy bubbles. There's very few wines produced from this varietal! It is hard to find and easy to love.
