Overall size of the plugs are 1 2" (12 mm) with a wearable size of 7 16" (11 mm). The plugs shown in main photo are 1" (25 mm) with a gem setting about 20mm. The setting is 22mm, and will stay the same size on all plugs. The plug is concaved to the setting. Glass gems
