The original sampler is owned by Annelies van den Bergh and is stitched with wool. The Sampler is most likely from Belgium and was made during the First World War or as a remembrance of the war (1914 1917). Fabric: 32ct Vintage Mocha linen by Zweigart. Threads: DMC 814
