the Grenache is raised in concrete and the Syrah in oak (though this changes in 2022 to all concrete) for 18 months

Planted to southeast facing slopes at 200 to 350 meters altitude on limestone soils composed mostly of white marl with very little clay

but it fits beautifully alongside the rest of A-J’s lineup stylistically

it is clean and lively on the palate

Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand Arbois-Pupillin Trousseau 2022 Size:750ml the Grenache is raised inCrinquands version of Trousseau from Pupillin is vinified in barrel in similar manner to his Ploussard, and is more fine and elegant than the other Trousseaux in our portfolio and is less rustic than Crinquands Ploussard. The Trousseau plantings are isolated in vineyards the composition of which is a classic mix of clay and limestone dominated by small pebbles and stones.
