Moorilla Praxis Pinot Noir 2023 year_1999 distilled in the copper Double-RetortPretty, plummy and pale in the glass, this is a classic Praxis: bright, lifted fruit galore, offset by some florals and spice on the nose. The palate sits at the lighter end of medium bodied, with redcurrant y acidity, ripe plum notes, and black pepper spiciness. The fruit dries a bit towards the finishcarried by soft, plushy tanninbut lingers nicely.
