Young and playful, this blend is 5% malt, 5% mash corn and wheat . Its aged in casks made from a native oak in Japan, Mizunara. The wood should be 2 years old before it can make the tightly sealed casks. The whiskey is aged in new American white oak and finished the Mizunara.
