followed by additional ageing before a final 12- month bottle conditioning

This delightful beer has a light tartness and funk on the front end, a subtle mid palette of bright wine and oak character with a clean and fruity finish that smacks of red berries, cherry and plum. Total ageing time 22 months Bottle Conditioned 6. 2 % ABV
