Organic Fiorentina Organic Beef Pasture Fed saving you £9The King of Italian steaks traditionally this extra thick Porterhouse comes from the Italian Chianina cattle, bred by the Medici in Tuscany, but it works wonderfully with our Hereford beef. It is cut around 2 inches thick and is a centrepiece steak. Best cooked on very hot open fire but also delicious in a very hot griddle pan for 4 5 minutes on each side and then into a hot oven to finish.
