Paul Launois Composition #6 Blanc de Blancs Champagne Cognac finishing with a slightly sweetWinemakers Julien and Sarah returned to Champagne after many years abroad to establish this house, which they named after their son, Paul. The Composition #6 has seen more oak than the makers Monochrome 6 release, giving it a richer, fuller character with brioche and biscuit notes underlying that cool minerality.
