This pendant was converted from an antique stick pin (circa 1900 1910) by removing the stem and adding a gold jump ring bail. The piece depicts bunches of grapes and leaves in 14k gold accented with four blue sapphires. The charm measures 0. 8 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0. 6 inches wide and is in excellent condition. Materials: Sapphire, Gold.
