SPUR ROWELS 9 Point- Style #1 Unfinished or ready to install:Unfinished English bridle leatherAll spur rowels are cut from 1 8" 1018 cold rolled steel in various styles, number of points and diameters. Available unfinished (require minor file work or grinding) for the "do it yourself" types or a ready to install finished option, that are drilled, deburred and tumbled to nice scratch free finish. Finished rowels also includes 3 16" x 9 16" stainless steel rowel pin rivet. SOLD IN PAIRS
