With the end of the day quickly coming I just made it to the glacier itself and captured this image showing the size of the glacier itself

From my position in City Park I was able to position the setting sun at the Wells Fargo Building (Cash Register) and the mountains

If you follow the glacier up it will run into the Juneau Ice Field which is currently the 5th largest in North America

This let me get comfortable with the different shapes and patterns prior to starting to photograph other areas

Dream a Little Dream Lake Size:24"x36" With the end of theI could have stayed in bed and continued dreaming, however I woke up early and headed to Rocky Mountain National Park and the Bear Lake area. After photographing around Bear Lake at sunrise I hike a little over a mile to Dream Lake. As usual there was a stiff wind, and once I got to Dream Lake it just started to howl. I didn't spend much time around the lake, as this was also a scouting mission for future trips towards Dream Lake later this winter.
