These are custom produced for Moresca. Made of white poly cotton. The rings (double spring steel, plastic coated) are adjustable for shaping and removable for washing. Strong enough to support our heaviest dresses without buckling. Ruffles over each ring keeps them from showing through your skirts. Comes in it's own
