The set is of Swedish origin, made in 1924 by G. U. Huerlin in Stockholm. It is tailored from a very dark navy wool fabric so dark, in fact, that it appears nearly black unless placed next to true black. The fabric has a subtle stripe visible only upon closer inspection.
